Wild Local Sole are both sustainable and delicious. These flat fish have a mild, flaky, and delicate white flesh. They are caught off the central and northern California coast in clean deep water. The are easy to prepare and a favorite of many of our customers.
Fish is available for pre-order. It hasn't quite made it to the dock yet and we appreciate your patience while we iron out our shipping details. We'll take down your credit card information but not charge you until we're ready to ship your order.
Minimum order of 4lbs. so we can fill the boxes and you'll have some to freeze for later.

Shipping & Delivery
We're gearing up for a big Salmon season catch. Our goal is to get fish off the boat, dock to your door in the next week or so. Please feel free to place pre-orders and we'll notify you as soon as your fresh catch is on it's way.
We will be making regular deliveries at least 3 days a week after our big catches. Be the first in line for our grand opening online sale and delivery, and thank you for your support in this exciting new time for business.
