This delicious fish caught in deep clean waters is a Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch 'Best Choice" or "Good Alternative" when caught domestically. This fish has earned the nick name of butter fish due to it's rich oily flesh. It's extremely high in Omega 3 fats and very forgiving in most cooking applications.(hard to over cook!)

Shipping & Delivery

We're gearing up for a big Salmon season catch. Our goal is to get fish off the boat, dock to your door in the next week or so. Please feel free to place pre-orders and we'll notify you as soon as your fresh catch is on it's way.
